How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days across India. We ensure your handcrafted saree reaches you safely and on time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number/courier details via E-mail, SMS and WhatsApp. To track your order, please login to your account and then click on “My Orders/Order History”.
What are the shipping charges?
To ensure our customers receives their ordered product without any interruption. We have a flat shipping charge of ₹150 on all orders across India to ensure secure and tracked delivery of your premium and elegant sarees.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We offer a 24 hour return window from the date of delivery. Sarees must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached to be eligible for return.
How do I initiate the refund?
To initiate a return, please submit request a return with 24 hours of delivery from your account dashboard or contact our support team at returns@peshni.com or WhatsApp.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately at this moment, we do not offer exchanges.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return request is approved by our team (after inspection), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 14 Business Days.

How do I care for my silk saree?
Silk sarees should be dry cleaned only to maintain their texture and longevity. Store in a dry and cool place.
Do not bleach. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
