Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Shipping Charges: We apply a flat shipping charge of ₹150 on all orders across India, regardless of the order value.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders, customers has to pre pay ₹150 shipping charge. (NO EXCEPTION)
Cash on Prepaid Orders:
For Prepaid Orders (paid by UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking) , ₹150 shipping charge applies. (NO EXCEPTION)
Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS.
Return Policy
At Peshni, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
- Return Window: You can return items within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Process: To initiate a return, please submit request a return from your account dashboard or contact our support team at returns@peshni.com.
Once your return request is received, our support team will reach out to you via Call or WhatsApp to initiate the virtual inspection process.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PESHNI FACTORY OUTLET, 322 Gurukrupa Industrial Estate, Behind Bhestan Fire Station, Bhestan, Surat, Gujarat, INDIA – 395023.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (₹150) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach us may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 14 Business Days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check with your Respective Bank or Credit Card Company.
- For Net Banking/UPI/Debit Card Payments: There is often a processing time before a refund is posted on your Bank statement.
- For Credit Card Payments: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on statement.
