Since 1999
Our Manufacturing
Every Peshni saree is designed, woven, dyed and quality-checked under one roof on our own in-house jacquard looms — no subcontracting, no shortcuts, just honest craftsmanship from yarn to your wardrobe.
Our Promise
Direct From Our Looms To You
Peshni owns every stage of production — from sourcing raw yarn to the final quality check — inside our own manufacturing facility. Because there is no subcontractor or trading middleman between our looms and your wardrobe, every saree reaches you at a fair price without compromising on the weave.
Our in-house teams handle Banarasi jacquard weaving, Bandhani tie-dye, Ajrakh block-printing and Chinnon finishing — all under one roof, checked by the same hands that designed it.
Our Process
How Every Peshni Saree Is Made
From raw yarn to a finished drape — six steps, all under one roof.
Yarn Sourcing
We source premium silk, viscose and cotton yarns, tested for strength and lustre before a single thread reaches the loom.
Dyeing
Yarns and fabric are hand-dyed in-house using traditional Bandhani tie-dye and Ajrakh block-printing techniques for rich, lasting colour.
Handweaving
Skilled artisans weave each saree on our in-house rapier jacquard looms, building intricate motifs thread by thread.
Quality Inspection
Every saree passes a multi-point check for weave density, colour consistency and finish before it moves further down the line.
Finishing & Packaging
Final pressing, thread trimming and edge finishing are followed by signature Peshni packaging, ready to travel.
Delivery
From our facility in Surat, your saree is shipped direct to your doorstep across 15+ states — no distributor in between.
